This week has been great to work with people about creating learning cultures and daring people to fail. I have had my own personal hight for some great work, but also received some tough feedback. So this is about what I have worked with other on this week and what I have gone through with my own learning.

Learning from failures

Failure Doesn’t Suck | Fast Company.

This is a great article and after an amazing week where many clients that I have been involved in are looking out how they ‘dare to fail’ and ‘learning from and celebrate failures’ and ‘build cultures that support and reward learning’. Its been great to see a real need to understand the learning process and whats required to support people to bounce back from mistake and failures. The Dyson vacuum is a great example of persistence and long term learning.
