Brand Vibrancy & Relationship



Great to work with Educational Colours this week through running a session for the procurement team. The passion for their brand and how it represents the vibrant experience for kids using many of their products was obvious. The relationship with the people shows care and even though they have plenty of things they want to improve and its challenging many of them to step into their new roles and changing responsibilities. The wonderful things I witnessed was the underlying excitement for the opportunities ahead with the business, the innovations and how they can continue to be creative with their products and the way they work as a team.
