Choice

Choice has stood out as a great human capacity in our work which seems common to all we have engaged with, yet the view and energising nature of what choices we think we have seem to depend on perception, practice and lived experience. The power of choice is significant and how it relates to autonomy in other research highlights the importance of it to aid in energising.

‘What we choice for ourselves and other is critical and needs to be understood in terms of how it impacts.’
