Drop in for a quicky…pardon me

I am pretty much on the limit at the moment. Full training is consisting of 100km on the bike, gym work and 16km rows. Not much more can be done in a day without a serious reduction in quality. This is not a true reflection of sustainable training but it is one heck of an experience. So I figured I get online quickly to share just how tired I am. The simple thing is now is the time to keep my head down and to find new boundaries. Compare this to the turmoil in the outside World and well I should not complain, but it is what I am directly experiencing. So for the sake of not being politically correct, I am shagged, fucked and only in the early phase of this two week training camp, shit how am I going to keep going? Answer to come…
