This is brief, after the trip to Perth and the flight back I came down with a cold. Training has been a struggle and even today as I glance out side the weather is not all that inviting. This is when things can become challenging.
Being sick takes away my motivation and I don’t want to make things worse by training myself into the ground. Am I just complaining? Maybe, but it is what it is. I will do somethings, but not too intense.
That’s it I will do an ergo in the shed and stick on a rowing DVD i have of a bunch of pairs races. See what I can learn and it might inspire me to train longer than I feel like doing right now.
